Share Your Time
Visions United is able to do so much because of our super active volunteers. We need help with everything from clean-up after events, to carpooling, to your fix-it skills and activities and events that extend into our community. There are never too many hands so if you see something that interests you, email us about your interest, drop a note at the offering table, or speak to one of our Staff or Volunteers who can connect you to the right person. We’d love for you!
Celebrate Talents
If your talents shine beyond our current groups and activities, we’re happy to support new and exciting ideas aligned with the VU Vision. Bring your ideas to create community, spirit and social action. Share your musical talents, your idea for a new performance piece, or other hidden talents, passion and expertise.
Offering, PAR and Donor Gifts
Offering
You won’t see an offering plate passed on Sunday: Instead, we have a Giving Opportunities table at the entrance of the sanctuary to place cash or cheque gifts.
Pre-authorized Remittance (PAR)
For those who prefer the ease of direct payment, PAR makes it easy to make regular and reliable contributions that are so important for operating our church.
- Print and fill out this PAR form with your monthly offering amount
- Include a “VOID” cheque
- Seal the cheque and completed form in an envelope and give it to the office or place it on the Giving Opportunities table
- A tax receipt will be issued at the beginning of each new year for the previous tax year
