A lack of sunlight can affect our mood. Millions of people suffer from some sort of anxiety or depression. Even if you do not, chances are you are close to someone who does. This series offers some spiritual insight grounded in Wisdom, helping us shine a light on the ‘blahs’ and deepen our experience of a meaningful life.
