The construction site at 140 Joyce Avenue continues to be a busy place!

Highlights:
Construction delays during July have postponed the opening of the building by a month.
- The bulk of the work to be finished is on the first floor of the Hub
- Drywall installers are on-site as of yesterday after a few weeks delay
- The front entrance needed redesign due to elevation levels
- Installation of flooring, fixtures and cabinetry will continue once drywall is completed
We now anticipate August 31st completion
